Biography
J. Quinn Clement-Schlimm serves as Corporate Secretary for the Canadian Internet Society and practices law as a legal counsel at Doane Grant Thornton LLP. He advises on a broad range of commercial, governance, compliance, and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Doane Grant Thornton, Quinn practiced in the Business Law Group of a Bay Street law firm and served as a legal counsel (secondment) at a Schedule I bank, gaining experience in complex commercial arrangements and enterprise advisory work.
Quinn completed his JD/MBA program at the University of Toronto. During his time there, he served as an editor for both the U of T Faculty of Law Review and the Journal of International Law and International Relations. Quinn also holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto, Trinity College.
