Biography
Jeffrey Philipp is a highly motivated and results-oriented technical leader with over a decade of experience in software engineering and Site Reliability Engineering. He has a proven ability to build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams, deliver mission-critical online services, and implement successful digital transformation initiatives.
Currently, Jeffrey serves as the Head of Site Reliability at several organizations where he is building teams of engineers responsible for maintaining production environments, tooling, automation, and Change Management. His leadership has led to lasting and significant improvements in service reliability. Through his career he has specialized in managing multi-cloud infrastructure.
In addition to his professional roles, Jeffrey serves as a Board Member for the Hendrick Foundation, a not-for-profit dedicated to managing green space for public use. He is an active member of the foundation’s Audit Committee and manages its IT requirements. He is also a member of the Statistical Society of Canada, where he contributes to the IT Committee.
