Biography
Jason J. Kee is a public policy, government affairs and regulatory affairs professional with some 20 years of experience in the field. He spent over a decade with the Government Affairs and Public Policy team at Google, first managing Canadian public policy issues for Google’s Search, Ads, AI and YouTube businesses (amongst other products and business lines) and then global ads privacy issues. Prior to Google, he was the Director of Policy and Legal Affairs for the Entertainment Software Association of Canada (ESAC), the industry association representing Canada’s world leading video game industry. Before that, Jason practiced intellectual property, information technology and entertainment law (with an emphasis on Internet, e-commerce, gaming and interactive media-related matters) at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. He now advises technology companies and trade associations on a variety of legal, regulatory affairs, public policy and government relations matters.
