Biography
Vimal Kotecha is currently a partner with the consulting firm Richter.  As a CPA and CBV, Vimal’s practice focuses on the area of valuations and litigation support. He has assisted shareholders and various stakeholders in identifying key value drivers and creating value throughout their organization.
As an expert, Vimal has been called upon to testify on valuation and litigation areas, most recently at the World Bank in Washington D.C.
Most recently, Vimal graduated from the Board Diversity Network academic program, which led to the AccBD designation.
